Do Real Work.
With a Real Team.
We're building something in the GTA — and we need people who show up, take pride in the job, and want to grow with a company that's going places.
A Company Built by People Who Do the Work
At Concrete On Tap, we're not a massive corporation with layers of management and a ping-pong table nobody uses. We're a tight team of operators, drivers, and problem-solvers who take the work seriously — and each other.
Our drivers are trained, respected, and compensated fairly. Our dispatchers have real authority to make calls. Our office staff talk directly to customers — not through scripts. Everyone here has a voice, and everyone here matters.
If you want a job where you can see the result of your work at the end of the day, and work alongside people who give a damn — you're in the right place.

We offer more than a paycheque. Here's what makes Concrete On Tap a place people want to stay.
Competitive Pay
We pay above industry standard — because good people deserve good wages. Rates are reviewed regularly and performance is rewarded.
Consistent Schedules
No guessing what your week looks like. We run structured shifts so you can plan your life outside of work without surprises.
Paid Training
All new hires go through paid onboarding and equipment training. Whether you're new to On-Site Mixing or experienced — we set you up to succeed.
Growth Opportunity
We're expanding. People who join now get first crack at senior roles, lead positions, and franchise operations as we grow across Ontario.
Safe Equipment
Our trucks are maintained on schedule, our PPE is always stocked, and safety is never negotiated away for speed. You go home safe every day.
Small Team, Big Impact
You're not employee #4,872. You're a key part of a small, fast-moving team where your work is seen, your ideas are heard, and your effort makes a difference.
Current Openings
We hire for attitude and train for skill. If you don't see your role below, send us your resume anyway — we're always growing.
